Are you living well?

A key fact, we’ve heard it a million times, the benefits of movement. But here’s the thing we have to enjoy, we’ve gotta make it fun at least at the beginning, until our bodies get into the groove. So try something new, you never know you may like it or even love it as I do skiing.

Yes, yes, yes we all know too well the benefits of exercise. I feel we can all get into the groove, but most importantly we must have enjoyment, otherwise we’re not consistent. So trying new activities is key.

James 1:22 – But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving ourselves.

    I did cold water sea swimming in October and felt amazing, I was proud too that I stepped out of my comfort zone and become ‘the doer’. Thanks for your lovely words again
